Ashtanga Yoga method

Traditionally Yoga was always a personal practice, a form of journey within the depths of our own consciousness. In our classes from the day one each student is assigned with his own practice that follows the traditional Ashtanga Yoga system. You immediately become an independent practitioner with respect to your predispositions, history and time on your hands.

Our classes include a dynamic practice of positions (asanas), which with dedication and time, will evoke deep single pointed concentration and a meditative state.
